Job Summary

We are seeking fresh Civil Engineering graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience, of Saudi nationality, who have a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in civil and structural BIM, digital construction, engineering design, and multidisciplinary project coordination while working on international projects and with experienced BIM professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural elements.
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, shop drawings, layout drawings, and detailed design documentation.
• Assist in modelling structural components such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other building elements.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash-detection activities with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engineering and design requirements are accurately reflected in BIM models.
• Update BIM models and drawings based on design revisions, technical inputs, and project requirements.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, model reviews, and preparation of project deliverables.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, engineering codes, BIM guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Support project teams in identifying and resolving modelling and coordination issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow established BIM workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, structural systems, construction methods, and detailing.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or Civil 3D is preferred.
• Strong interest in BIM, digital construction, and engineering technology.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new BIM tools, standards, and workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates with academic projects, internships, certifications, or practical exposure to BIM software will be preferred.
