شركة Snag Property Inspection Services، الرائدة في خدمات فحص العقارات المستقلة، تبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، ومكافحة الحريق، والسباكة، والأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- تحديد العيوب وإدارة أنشطة snagging و de-snagging.
- مراجعة المخططات وأنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل (T&C) والوثائق الفنية.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة في البناء، أو MEP، أو الإشراف الموقعي، أو الاختبار والتشغيل.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC، ومكافحة الحريق، والسباكة.
- الإلمام بكود البناء السعودي، NFPA، ASHRAE، و SMACNA.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (إلزامي).
- خبرة في snagging والاختبار والتشغيل (ميزة إضافية).

About Snag Property Inspection Services
Snag Property Inspection Services is a leading inspection company delivering quality and independent inspection solutions across all stages of the property lifecycle.
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
* Identify defects and manage snagging and de-snagging activities.
* Review drawings, Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities, and technical documentation.
* Prepare inspection reports.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 7-10 years of relevant experience in construction, MEP, site supervision, or Testing & Commissioning.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
* Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, NFPA, ASHRAE, and SMACNA.
* Fluent in Arabic and English - Mandatory.
* Experience in snagging and Testing & Commissioning is a plus.
