شركة Boston Scientific، الرائدة عالمياً في التقنيات الطبية المبتكرة، تعلن عن فتح باب التقديم لبرنامج تدريب تمهير في مركز خدمة العملاء (Customer Care Intern) بالرياض - روشن فرونت، لمدة 6 أشهر في قسم خدمة العملاء بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تتبع وتحديث حالة الطلبات باستخدام تقارير معدة مسبقاً وغير حساسة.
- دعم الفريق في إعداد ملخصات تشغيلية يومية وأسبوعية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية (مثل الخدمات اللوجستية، المستودع، خدمة العملاء) لمتابعة الحالات.
- المساعدة في حفظ وتنظيم السجلات والملفات التشغيلية.
- دعم إعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير للاجتماعات الداخلية.
- أداء المهام الإدارية العامة حسب متطلبات فريق خدمة العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة في مجال الأعمال.
- التنظيم العالي والقدرة على ترتيب الأولويات.
- خبرة في استخدام SAP ومجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel، PowerPoint، Outlook).
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهل: درجة البكالوريوس.
- شهادة جامعية في اللغة الإنجليزية، إدارة الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات قيادية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة ومهارات شخصية فعّالة.
- إتقان أساسي لبرامج Excel، PowerPoint، Word.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المهام بسرية واحترافية.
- الرغبة في التعلم والإسهام في بيئة سريعة الخطى.

Job Title: Customer Care Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
- Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
- Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
- Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team
- Business fluency in English and Arabic
- Highly organized
- Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Minimum education level: University (Bachelor’s Degree)
- A completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and leading skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
