المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم نائب الرئيس (VP) ويشمل إدارة التقويم العام ومراجعات العمليات والاجتماعات الأسبوعية وحجز غرف الاجتماعات وتنسيق العمليات ربع السنوية عبر الفرق. العمل مع نائب الرئيس لتطوير أفكار مبتكرة للتعاون والمشاركة العامة للفريق.
  • جمع البيانات عن طريق استخراجها من لوحات المعلومات المختلفة لاجتماعات المبيعات الأسبوعية والاجتماعات العامة الشهرية.
  • الدعم التشغيلي من خلال متابعة التحديثات في MS Teams / Webex لدعم اجتماعات الفريق وفعاليات العملاء والاستفادة المثلى من التقنية للاجتماعات الافتراضية/المباشرة. استخدام أحدث تقنية معتمدة من Gartner للعروض التقديمية.
  • إنشاء والحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع فرق المبيعات، وضمان حصولهم على الأدوات الإدارية اللازمة لأداء مهامهم بفعالية. التنسيق مع إدارة المرافق لضمان صيانة مساحة مكتب الفريق بما يعكس احترافية الشركة وروحها. الحفاظ على مخزون مستمر من المواد التسويقية الحالية.
  • المالية: ضمان امتثال جميع المصروفات المأذون بها لإرشادات الشركة وتحقيقها بأقل تكلفة ممكنة. رفع طلبات الشراء ومعالجة الفواتير وفقاً لعمليات الشركة المعتمدة وفي حدود الميزانية ذات الصلة.
  • دعم تنفيذ الممارسات المعتمدة للمبيعات: التحقق من أنظمة GSP لمعدلات معالجة العملاء المحتملين (على مستوى مدير الحساب ومدير المبيعات) ونشرها للمديرين لدفع معدلات معالجة فعالة. متابعة مع مديري الحسابات ومديري المبيعات عند عدم معالجة العملاء المحتملين خلال 48 ساعة. دعم التنفيذ عالي الجودة للحملات المبيعاتية ربع السنوية للمنطقة. ضمان قيام فرق المبيعات بجمع أوامر الشراء في الوقت المناسب، وأن أنشطة دورة الاحتفاظ بالعملاء تسير وفق الجدول عبر التقارير.
  • التسويق: حضور اجتماعات التسويق الشهرية وإطلاع فريق المبيعات على الفعاليات الافتراضية، جدولة الأماكن المحجوزة، تحديثات التسجيل، وغيرها. إنشاء نشرة إخبارية تسويقية شهرية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة عمل ذات صلة لمدة سنتين أو أكثر، ويفضل أن تكون في دعم مؤسسة مبيعات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات متقدمة في Excel (وحدات ماكرو، معادلات، جداول محورية) والقدرة على استخدام البيانات لاتخاذ القرارات أو سرد القصة. مهارات في PowerPoint.
  • مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات، إدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
  • رغبة في تحقيق الأهداف والوصول إليها.
  • القدرة على بناء المصداقية وبناء علاقات مع محترفين على مستوى عالٍ.

About this role:

Gartner is currently recruiting a Sales Coordinator to provide support to the regional VP and the sales leaders within the team. Gartner is a data driven organisation, and this role needs a strong data mindset, someone able to read data and create reports.

What you will do:

  • VP Support, which includes general calendar management as well as ops reviews, weekly meetings, booking meeting rooms, and coordination of quarterly ops across the teams. Work with VP to help develop innovative ideas for collaboration and general team engagement.
  • Data collation, which includes extracting data from various dashboards for weekly sales meetings and monthly townhalls.
  • Operational support, keeping up to date with MS Teams / Webex enhancements to support team meetings and client events and how best to leverage tech for virtual/live meetings. Use latest Gartner approved technology for presentations.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with sales teams, ensuring they have the relevant admin tools available to carry out their roles effectively. Liaise with Facilities to ensure the team's office space is maintained in a manner which reflects the professionalism and spirit of the organization. Keep an ongoing stock of the current marketing materials.
  • Financial, ensure all authorized expenditure is in line with company guidelines and are incurred as cost-effectively as possible. Raise requisitions and process invoices in accordance with company approved processes and within budget as relevant
  • Support for Sales Proven Practice Execution, check GSP systems for lead actioning (AE and SM level) rates and publication to SM's/VP's to drive efficient lead actioning rates; follow up with AE's/SM's when leads have not been actioned within 48 hrs, Support high quality execution of Quarterly Sales Campaigns for region. Ensure that the sales teams are collecting purchase orders timeously, and that retention life cycle activities are on track through reporting.
  • Marketing - Attend monthly marketing meetings and inform sales team about virtual events, schedule placeholders, registration updates, etc. Create a monthly marketing newsletter

What you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably supporting a Sales organization
  • Superior Excel skills (macros, formulas, pivots) and the ability to use data to inform decisions or tell a story, PowerPoint skills
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills.
  • A desire to meet and achieve goals
  • Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior level professionals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit
