المهام والمسؤوليات

صيانة ومراقبة أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الفندق والمنتجع، بما في ذلك الشبكات والخوادم وأجهزة المستخدمين وتطبيقات إدارة الفنادق.

Role Description The Information Technology Specialist role at Suknai Hotels and Resorts Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring hotel and resort IT systems, including networks, servers, user devices, and hotel management applications. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, performing system updates and backups, ensuring network security protocols are followed, and supporting staff with hardware and software inquiries.
