We are looking for a qualified Medical Director of Dentistry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical leadership and overseeing dental services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight of the Dental Department

* Ensure the implementation of approved medical policies, procedures, and clinical standards

* Supervise the performance of dentists and the medical team, providing professional guidance and support

* Monitor the quality of dental services and patient safety and drive continuous improvement

* Review and develop clinical protocols and procedures for the Dental Department

* Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia

* Monitor clinical performance and quality indicators and work to improve the efficiency and quality of services

* Contribute to the development and enhancement of dental services and treatment programs

* Promote a professional working environment and support the continuous development of the medical team

* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational efficiency and an excellent patient experience

* Make appropriate clinical decisions to ensure the quality and safety of patient care

* Perform other duties related to the position as required by business needs

⁦Requirements & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from a recognized university.

* Saudi national.

* A minimum of 3 years of previou5s experience in the same field.

* Valid professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

* Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills.

* Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.

* Commitment to professional standards and medical ethics.
