المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل الجريدرات والتحكم بها لتسوية وتشكيل الأسطح الخاصة بالطرق والأساسات ومشاريع البناء الأخرى.
- فحص المعدات قبل الاستخدام، وإجراء أعمال الصيانة الروتينية البسيطة، والإبلاغ عن الأعطال الميكانيكية.
- قراءة ومتابعة مخططات الموقع وتعليمات المشرفين، وضبط زوايا وأعماق الشفرة للتمهيد الدقيق.
- التنسيق مع مشغلي المعدات الآخرين وطاقم الموقع للحفاظ على عمليات آمنة وفعالة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة، والحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة، والمساعدة في أعمال الحفر ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- قدرة مثبتة على تشغيل الجريدرات ومعدات البناء الثقيلة الأخرى بأمان.
- خبرة في العمل في مشاريع إنشاء الطرق أو الأعمال الترابية أو البنية التحتية.
- معرفة بأساسيات فحص المعدات والصيانة الروتينية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
- القدرة على قراءة واتباع مخططات الموقع وعلامات التدرج وتعليمات المشرفين.
- الالتزام بسلامة مكان العمل والامتثال لمعايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة والجهات التنظيمية.
- القدرة البدنية على العمل في الهواء الطلق في ظروف جوية متغيرة وعلى أرض غير مستوية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق الموقع.
- خبرة سابقة كمشغل جريدر أو في دور مماثل؛ التدريب المهني أو الشهادة في تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة ميزة إضافية.
- الاستعداد للعمل بساعات مرنة حسب جداول المشاريع.

The Grader Operator must follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with related earthwork duties as needed.

- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a site team.
- Previous experience as a grader operator or similar role; vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project schedules.
