🚆 Hiring: Project Director - Railway / Metro Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead a major railway/metro infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale EPC projects, project leadership, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project.

• Manage multiple Project Managers and multidisciplinary project workstreams.

• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consortium partners, subcontractors, and construction partners.

• Oversee risks, claims, change management, contracts, and commercial performance.

• Lead project governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and senior-level meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in the Railway / Metro sector.

• Proven experience as a Project Director, Program Director, Project Executive, or similar senior role.

• Strong EPC and major infrastructure project delivery experience.

• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple Project Managers.

• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with civil engineering and construction partners.

• Middle East experience is strongly preferred.

• Brownfield / metro extension experience is highly desirable.

• International consortium experience is an advantage.
