المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والإلكترونية في سيارات رنج روفر ولاند روفر وجاكوار باستخدام أدوات وإجراءات معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة.
- إجراء أعمال الصيانة الروتينية والمعقدة ودعم أنشطة الإصلاح.
- تحليل بيانات أداء المركبة لضمان السلامة والموثوقية والكفاءة.
- التعاون مع مستشاري الخدمة والفنيين لوضع خطط الإصلاح.
- توثيق العمل في أنظمة الخدمة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- دعم التحسين المستمر من خلال التوصية بحلول تقنية والمشاركة في التدريب والاطلاع على أحدث التقنيات والتحديثات الخاصة بالعلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة السيارات أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال وثيق الصلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- خبرة سابقة مع المركبات الفاخرة أو الأوروبية (Range Rover، Land Rover، Jaguar، أو ما يشابهها) تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- القدرة على العمل دوام كامل في الموقع في الرياض.
- الإلمام بلوائح السلامة وأفضل الممارسات في الورش وعمليات مراقبة الجودة.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والتكيف مع بيئة ورشة عمل سريعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساس قوي في هندسة السيارات وأنظمتها، مع خبرة في العمل على المركبات الحديثة وأدوات التشخيص.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لاستكشاف المشكلات الميكانيكية والإلكترونية المعقدة وتفسير البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على الأدلة.

The engineer will also support continuous improvement by recommending technical solutions, participating in training, and staying current with new automotive technologies and brand-specific updates.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Automotive Engineering and Automotive systems, with experience working on modern vehicles and diagnostic tools.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic issues, interpreting data, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Knowledge of vehicle Electronics, including sensors, control units, wiring systems, and diagnostic software.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with team members, explaining technical issues, and documenting work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience with premium or European vehicles (Range Rover, Land Rover, Jaguar, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, workshop best practices, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced workshop environment.
