- مؤهل كمعلّم (شهادة تدريس مصدقة وتدريب في التعليم الابتدائي).
- درجة بكالوريوس أو أعلى في الرياضيات، تعليم الرياضيات، التربية، أو مجال قريب.
- مهارات فعالة في إدارة الصف وخلق بيئة تعليمية شاملة تركز على الطالب.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة، والقدرة على التعاون مع الزملاء والتواصل مع الأسر.
- خبرة في التدريس في مدارس دولية أو ثنائية اللغة، والإلمام بالتحضير لاختبارات القياس (التحصيلي/القدرات) ميزة إضافية.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach foundational concepts to students in Grades 1-6.
- Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development aligned with standards-based learning outcomes.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certification and training in primary or elementary education.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education, or a closely related field.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage with families.
- Experience teaching in international or bilingual school settings and familiarity with standardized test preparation (Tahsili/SAT, Qudurat/GAT) is an advantage.
