Aysha H Al Binali is an HVAC service provider from Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. With over 32 years of expertise in HVAC, we are currently trying to expand our team of qualified HVAC technicians.

This is a full-time onsite job in Saudi Arabia. We will provide a valid residence ID (Iqama) and accommodation.

Job Description

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems using appropriate tools and techniques, and implement effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to client requests and internal work orders related to HVAC issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, equipment inventory, and service reports.
• Assist in the planning and execution of capital improvement projects related to HVAC infrastructure.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and others as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in HVAC/R technology preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in indoor/outdoor environments of Saudi Arabia.
• A valid Saudi Arabian driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic will also be prioritized during the selection process.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours and a variable schedule, including early mornings, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
