تعلن شركة جميرا (Jumeirah)، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة، عن فرصة وظيفية لفني مطبخ وغسيل ملابس (Kitchen & Laundry Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق الهندسة في فندق جميرا البحر الأحمر (Jumeirah The Red Sea) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

فرصة مثيرة للعمل كفني مطبخ وغسيل ملابس ضمن فريق الهندسة في جميرا البحر الأحمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تشغيل جميع المعدات بكفاءة وأمان وفقاً لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
- فحص وصيانة وإصلاح أجهزة المطبخ التجارية مثل الأفران والمواقد والشوايات والمقالي وغسالات الأطباق والثلاجات وأنظمة العادم.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية وصيانة وقائية لتقليل الأعطال وتوقف الخدمة.
- صيانة وإصلاح آلات الغسيل بما في ذلك الغسالات والمجففات وأنظمة الكي ومولدات البخار.
- مراقبة الأداء وإجراء الصيانة الدورية لضمان الوظيفة المثلى.
- الاستجابة للأعطال والتنسيق مع عمليات الغسيل لتقليل الأثر على تقديم الخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على دبلوم تقني أو شهادة في الصيانة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو صيانة الأجهزة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة المطابخ التجارية والمغاسل.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والأدلة الفنية بدقة.
- القدرة على التكيف مع جداول العمل المرنة بما في ذلك المناوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وحالات الطوارئ.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة معدات المطابخ والمغاسل، ويفضل في بيئة ضيافة أو منتجعات.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and exhaust systems.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and service disruptions.
- Maintain and repair laundry machines including washers, dryers, ironing systems, and steam generators.
- Monitor performance and conduct regular service to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond to breakdowns and coordinate with laundry operations to minimize impact on service delivery.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- Hold a technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or appliance maintenance.
- Possess strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry systems.
- Interpret and read technical manuals and schematics accurately.
- Adapt to flexible work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and emergency situations.
- Have 2+ years of experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
