About the Role

We are seeking a recent graduate or final-year student with a background in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Production, Horticulture, Soil Science, or a related field. to support and lead the development of an agricultural project in Haradh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agriculture in aird and desert environments and be capable of developing an agricultural project from planning through implementation and operations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive agricultural full plan.
• Assess site conditions, soil, water availability, and environmental factors.
• Recommend suitable crops and cultivation approaches for the local environment.
• Develop irrigation and cultivation plans.
• Support planning, implementation, and day-to-day agricultural operations.
• Monitor crop performance and identify technical challenges.

·       Lead coordination across the different aspects of agricultural project planning and implementation.

• Contribute to the development and optimization of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Production, Horticulture, Soil Science, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge or experience in desert/arid agriculture.
• Strong understanding of agricultural planning and operations.
• Ability to work independently and solve practical agricultural challenges.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Haradh, Saudi Arabia.

Preferred

• Previous experience working on agricultural projects in arid or desert environments.
• Experience in irrigation systems, crop selection, soil management, or agricultural project planning.
