فرابي ميد (Farabi Med)، الذراع المتخصص للرعاية الصحية المنزلية لمختبرات الفارابي الطبية إحدى الشركات الرائدة في المملكة، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة طبيب الصحة المهنية (Occupational Health Physician) في مدينة جدة، بنظام عمل كامل الوقت وموقعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم ومراقبة صحة الموظفين وإجراء الفحوصات الطبية قبل التوظيف والدورية.
- تقييم اللياقة البدنية للعمل وتحديد المخاطر الصحية في مكان العمل وتقديم النصائح الوقائية.
- التعاون مع الإدارة لوضع وتنفيذ سياسات وبرامج الصحة المهنية.
- تقديم الرعاية السريرية للحالات المرتبطة بالعمل وتنسيق الإحالات الطبية عند الضرورة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة وفقًا للمعايير التنظيمية والمؤسسية.
- تثقيف الموظفين حول تعزيز الصحة والمشاركة في الدورات التدريبية.
- العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان بيئات عمل آمنة وصحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية (MD أو ما يعادلها) مع تدريب أو شهادة رسمية في الصحة المهنية أو الطب المهني.
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة الطب في المملكة العربية السعودية سارية المفعول أو إمكانية الحصول عليها، مع سمعة مهنية جيدة.
- معرفة جيدة باللوائح المحلية للصحة المهنية ومعايير السلامة في مكان العمل ومتطلبات التوثيق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في الصحة المهنية والطب المهني مع القدرة على تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في إدارة الصحة في مكان العمل.
- خلفية سريرية متينة في الطب، بما في ذلك التعامل مع المشكلات الصحية الشائعة المرتبطة بالعمل وإجراء التقييمات الطبية.
- خبرة في التدريب والتثقيف الصحي، مع القدرة على تقديم جلسات حول الصحة المهنية والسلامة والعافية.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل مع الأطباء وغيرهم من المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات لتنسيق رعاية شاملة للموظفين.

- Experience in Training and health education, with the capability to deliver sessions on occupational health, safety, and wellness.
- Proven ability in Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive employee care.
- Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) with formal training or certification in occupational health or occupational medicine.
- Valid license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one, with good standing in professional regulatory bodies.
- Knowledge of local occupational health regulations, workplace safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements efficiently.
