المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك تسجيل وتسوية المعاملات المالية.
- إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة وضمان دقة القيود المحاسبية.
- إعداد القوائم والتقارير المالية الدورية.
- مراقبة الميزانيات وتتبع المصروفات والإيرادات المتعلقة بخدمات السفر.
- دعم أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
- المساعدة في الامتثال للوائح المالية المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التنسيق مع المراجعين الخارجيين.
- تقديم رؤى وتحليلات مالية للإدارة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- تحسين العمليات المالية والحفاظ على سجلات مالية منظمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل CPA أو CMA أو SOCPA) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع السفر والسياحة أو الخدمات.
- يفضل الإلمام بالتعامل مع المعاملات متعددة العملات (multi-currency).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في المحاسبة ومسك الدفاتر، بما في ذلك إدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام والحسابات الدائنة والمدينة والتسويات.

Role Description The Accountant role at Diar Manasik International is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah.
