نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مهندس حلول، ستعمل مع مدراء الحسابات المؤسسية كخبير مبيعات تقني. ستساعد فرق المبيعات في العروض التقديمية التقنية، وستكون المرجع المعرفي التقني، وستجري عروضاً توضيحية للعملاء، وتساعد في تحديد متطلبات العملاء، وبناء حلول تلبي احتياجاتهم، وشرح كيفية حل هذه الحلول لمشاكلهم، وتفصيل تميزنا عن المنافسين. يجب أن تمتلك معرفة معمقة بأمن المعلومات، والهياكل السحابية، والبنى التحتية المحورية والمحلية، وأن تفهم التحديات التي يواجهها عملاؤنا والتحولات الجارية في صناعة الأمن.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة بيع الحلول ضمن عملية البيع لتحقيق الفوز التقني وكسب ثقة العملاء.
- مساعدة العملاء على الانتقال الآمن إلى السحابة.
- المشاركة في مكالمات المبيعات القائمة على الحلول وزيارات العملاء المحتملين، وتحديد متطلباتهم.
- جمع المتطلبات، وتطوير حالات الاستخدام، وفهم احتياجات العملاء وقيودهم.
- تقديم شرح لدورة الدفاع عن التهديدات (Threat Defence Lifecycle) وكيفية تلبيتها لاحتياجات العملاء ونتائجهم.
- تقديم الخبرة التقنية في العروض التوضيحية للمنتجات والحلول للعملاء.
- إعداد مقترحات حلول غير مطلوبة وضمان تلبيتها أو تجاوزها لمتطلبات العميل وملاءمتها للغرض المقصود.
- إدارة الرد التقني أو الرد على الحلول لطلبات المعلومات/العروض (RFIs/RFPs) وتنسيق الفرق الافتراضية لتحقيق استجابة استشارية شاملة.
- تقديم مقترح الحل للعميل، وشرح كيفية تلبية متطلباته ومواءمتها مع نتائجه، والتمييز عن المنافسين.
- قيادة إثبات المفهوم (Proof of Concept) من المشاركة، وملكية جميع الأنشطة والتنسيق، حتى الاكتمال.
- الاحتفاظ بمستوى كافٍ من المعرفة والخبرة التقنية عبر منتجات Trellix وحلولها وعروض البيع.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات أمن السحابة وتقارير المحللين الصناعيين، واستخدام هذه المعرفة لتعزيز المكاسب التقنية.
- القيام بدور استباقي داخل الحسابات المستهدفة، بما في ذلك بناء علاقة ثقة، ومراقبة/إدارة مشكلات العملاء بالشراكة مع الدعم، وتوسيع البصمة الحالية وتعزيز عمليات الإزاحة.

Role Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work with enterprise account managers as a technical sales expert. You'll assist the sales teams in technical presentations, serve as the technical knowledge resource, conduct customer demos, help qualify customer requirements, build solutions that address customer needs, explain how those solutions solve customer problems, and detail our differentiation from the competition.
As a Solutions Engineer you'll understand and possess in-depth knowledge of Security, Cloud Architectures and on-premise hub and spoke infrastructures. Understand the challenges our customers face in today's work and the transformation going on in the security industry.

About the role:
- Oversee the solution sales activities within the sales process to gain the technical win and the customers' trust
- Help the customers move securely into the cloud
- Participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits, qualifying the customer's requirements
- Gather requirements, develop use cases, and understand our client's needs and constraints
- Can present the "Threat Defence Lifecycle" and how this solves the customers' need and outcomes
- Provide technical expertise on customer product and solution demonstrations
- Create unsolicited solution proposals and ensure it meets or exceed the customer's requirements and is fit for the intended purpose
- Manage the technical or solution response to RFIs/RFPs and orchestration of the virtual teams to help achieve a comprehensive consultative response
- Present a solution proposal to the customer, demonstrate how we solve the customer's requirements and how this aligns with the customers' outcomes and differentiate from the competition
- Lead the proof of concept from engagement, ownership of all activities and orchestration, through to completion
- Retain a competent level of knowledge and technical experience across Trellix products, solutions and sales proposition
- Remain current on cloud security trends and industry analysts report and use this knowledge to promote technical sales wins
- Play a proactive role within your target accounts including building a trusted relationship, monitoring/managing customer issues in partnership with support, expand the existing footprint and promote displacements
- A mentor for SEs sharing best practices, providing feedback to product
- Technical account lead for Customer Executive Briefing events
- Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs
- Maintain the technical SE activities within Salesforce system
- Participate in the Global Presales Enablement program, through the delivery of formal classroom training
- Follow Trellix corporate guidelines and compliance
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Understanding of SecOps, XDR
- Experience with Endpoint Security, EDR
