- إجراء مراجعات تنفيذ أكاديمية مع رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية لضمان التزام فرق المدارس بالتوافق والمساءلة وتحقيق النتائج.
- دمج البيانات والمقابلات والملاحظة المباشرة في تقييمات شاملة للنظام البيئي الأكاديمي لتحديد أهم العقبات التي تعيق التعلم المتسارع والتوصية بتدخلات ملموسة.
- ضمان التوافق الاستراتيجي عبر دورات التخطيط وآليات التغذية الراجعة ومتابعة المعالم الرئيسية للحفاظ على التركيز على أهداف تعلم الطلاب.
- تمثيل 2 Hour Learning في المحافل رفيعة المستوى - من العروض الرئيسية إلى اللقاءات مع وزارات التعليم - لتعزيز التحول النظامي في نماذج التعليم العالمية.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum development, motivational architecture, and application design.
- Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams maintain alignment, accountability, and results delivery.
- Integrating data, interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
- Ensuring strategic alignment via planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
- Serving as the face of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings-from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education-advancing systemic transformation in global education paradigms.
- Working on disconnected curriculum initiatives that fail to generate systemic impact.
- Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or implementation.
- Handing off performance accountability to mid-level managers or external advisors.
- Depending on institutional prestige or abstract concepts to win over critical audiences.

Basic Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
- At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisions
- Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
- Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.
- Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)
- Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting
