نبذة عن الوظيفة

تعمل EagleBurgmann، إحدى شركات مجموعة Freudenberg، على تقديم حلول إحكام متطورة وموثوقة للصناعات المختلفة. نحن نبحث عن مهندس خدمة DGS يدعم فريقنا في الحفاظ على كفاءة عمليات مركز الكفاءة (CoC) لأختام الغاز الجافة (DGS)، وضمان التسليم السريع، وتقديم الدعم الفني للمبيعات والعملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على مرافق ومعدات مركز كفاءة DGS وتقديم التوصيات عند الحاجة.
  • مساعدة مدير الخدمة في ضمان كفاءة عمليات مركز كفاءة DGS وتسليم الأختام بسرعة.
  • تقديم توصيات بشأن الموارد الإضافية بما في ذلك الأفراد والمعدات، واحتياجات التدريب.
  • تنسيق سير العمل بسلاسة في مركز كفاءة DGS مع طاقم الخدمة.
  • مساعدة قسم المبيعات في مهام استكشاف الأعطال وإجراء تركيبات هامة في المواقع.
  • إعداد تقارير تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) لأختام DGS عند الاقتضاء.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني للمبيعات من خلال العروض التقنية والندوات التدريبية للعملاء والموظفين.
  • إدارة عقود الخدمة الجارية المختلفة.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع قسم هندسة الخدمة في EB لإنهاء تقارير RCA لأعطال DGS واختبارات الخلايا والإصلاح السريع.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والموردين وقسم المبيعات لتوضيح الاستفسارات والتوصيات المتعلقة بمركز كفاءة DGS.
  • مساعدة مدير الخدمة في إعداد تقارير التخطيط والتقدم الشهرية لمركز كفاءة DGS.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة تقنية لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في صناعات النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو المجالات ذات الصلة، وخاصة في أختام الغاز الجافة والرطبة وأنظمة دعمها (التجميع، التركيب، استكشاف الأعطال).
  • خبرة في العمل مع المؤسسات الكبيرة والمعقدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بالترتيب العام للمعدات الدوارة وتصميمها وتجميعها وقائمة المواد (BOM).
  • مهارات ومعرفة مناسبة بأنظمة الكمبيوتر وتقنية المعلومات (مستوى متقدم في MS Office، Power BI، إدارة المستندات).
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

You support our team as

DGS Service Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
  • Assisting service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.
  • Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.
  • Co-ordination of smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.
  • Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.
  • Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.
  • Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.
  • Maintain various on-going service contracts.
  • Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.
  • Co-ordinate with customers, vendors & sales department for DGS CoC-related clarifications, queries and recommendations.
  • Assist to Service manager for preparing monthly DGS CoC Planning & Progress Report.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries specially in Wet & Dry Gas Seals & its support system (Assembly, Installation, Trouble Shooting)
  • Have knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM
  • Experience with large and complex organizations
  • Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (Advanced MS office, Power BI, document management)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
