We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mobile Frontend Developer with deep expertise in the Flutter framework. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for architecting and building high-performance, visually stunning cross-platform applications. You will play a pivotal role in the entire development lifecycle-from conceptualization and UI/UX implementation to deployment and maintenance.

• Architecture & Development: Lead the design and development of complex, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across iOS and Android.
• State Management: Implement robust state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod) to ensure clean and maintainable codebases.
• API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
• Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment process on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including CI/CD pipeline management.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest Flutter updates and mobile trends to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.

• Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3+ years of dedicated experience in Flutter.
• Language Skills: Proficient in Dart and comfortable with native platform languages (Swift/Kotlin) when necessary.
• UI/UX Soul: A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of Material Design and Cupertino components.
• Tooling: Expertise in Git, CI/CD tools, and mobile debugging tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
