Job Description:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and electronic systems.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational faults.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC systems, sensors, control panels, and electrical circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Ensure continuity of production processes by minimizing machine downtime.
• Maintain technical documentation and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems and industrial maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of automation and control systems.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Previous experience in factory maintenance operations is highly preferred.
