Responsibilities

· Maintain BOM for the new products and modify the existing in coordination with the operation and production team.

· Review stock reports to determine the stock movement and stock valuation.

· Monitor all stock movements between different locations such as (warehouse, production, and sales).

· Monitor sales returns and ensure scrapping is properly recorded as per SOP and company policy.

· Prepare daily stock reconciliations, investigate stock variances, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely

resolution of discrepancies.

· Assist in month-end closing activities related to inventory and costing.

· Conduct Physical count quarterly and prepare the report for any difference with the recorded inventory.

· Conduct cost and profit centre analyses and provide relevant reports.

• · Ensure proper documentation and safe keeping of cost accounting/costing records and files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
