Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Organize meetings and prepare required documents, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files, records, and databases.
- Prepare and update reports, presentations, trackers, and other administrative documents.
- Handle communications and coordinate requests with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending tasks and administrative requirements to ensure timely completion.
- Support daily departmental and operational activities as required.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the department and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in secretarial, office coordination, or similar role is required.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Excellent English language in speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
