المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مع مؤسسات رائدة عبر صناعات متعددة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا
- تقديم مهام استشارية عالية الأثر تسهم في تحقيق تحول مستدام للأعمال
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات عبر مناطق جغرافية مختلفة
- دعم العملاء في حل التحديات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية والبشرية والمخاطر والتقنية المعقدة
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء والمساهمة في تطوير الأعمال والنمو
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الأعمال أو التقنية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة استشارية أو مهنية ذات صلة تتوافق مع المستوى المتقدم إليه: Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager: خبرة 2-6+ سنوات، Manager: خبرة 7+ سنوات، Senior Manager: خبرة 10+ سنوات
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة استشارية سريعة الوتيرة وموجهة نحو العملاء
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل مع القدرة على ترجمة الرؤى إلى توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ
- خبرة في تسهيل ورش العمل والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة
- الاستعداد للسفر عبر منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا حسب الحاجة

We are seeking talent across, but not limited to, the following consulting capabilities within EY Consulting MENA:
- Customer Experience powered by EY Studio+, including service design, digital experience, and customer-led transformation
- Cyber Risk, Compliance and Resilience Services, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience
- Data and Decision Intelligence, covering analytics, insights, data strategy, and AI-enabled decision-making
- Risk Advisory, supporting enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory agendas
- Supply Chain and Operations Transformation, focusing on efficiency, resilience, and end-to-end optimization
- Technology Leaders’ Agenda, enabling CIOs and CTOs to drive digital strategy, modernization, and value realization
- Transformation Platform, leveraging technology-enabled platforms to accelerate large-scale business and digital transformation
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- Relevant consulting or industry experience aligned to grade:
- Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager: typically 2-6+ years
- Manager: typically 7+ years
- Senior Manager : typically 10+ years
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across the MENA region as required
