هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل وحضورية في جامعة طيبة بالمدينة المنورة. سيقوم الأستاذ المشارك بتقديم تعليم عالي الجودة في المراحل الجامعية والدراسات العليا، وتصميم وتحديث المواد الدراسية، واستخدام أساليب تدريس متنوعة لدعم تعلم الطلاب. تشمل المسؤوليات الإشراف على مشاريع الطلاب وأطروحاتهم، وإجراء أبحاث أصلية، والنشر في منافذ أكاديمية مرموقة، والسعي للحصول على تمويل بحثي خارجي عند الإمكان. كما تتضمن المشاركة في لجان الأقسام والجامعة، وتقديم الإرشاد الأكاديمي والتوجيه، والمساهمة في خدمة المجتمع والأنشطة الخارجية بما يتماشى مع رسالة الجامعة، والتعاون مع الزملاء عبر التخصصات، ودعم التحسين المستمر للبرامج والمناهج الأكاديمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة في المراحل الجامعية والدراسات العليا.
- تصميم وتحديث المواد الدراسية واستخدام طرق تدريس متنوعة.
- الإشراف على مشاريع الطلاب وأطروحاتهم (البحوث والرسائل).
- إجراء أبحاث أصلية والنشر في مجلات أكاديمية محكمة.
- السعي للحصول على تمويل بحثي خارجي عند الإمكان.
- المشاركة في لجان الأقسام والجامعة.
- تقديم الإرشاد الأكاديمي والتوجيه للطلاب.
- المساهمة في خدمة المجتمع والأنشطة الخارجية.
- التعاون مع الزملاء عبر التخصصات.
- دعم التحسين المستمر للبرامج والمناهج الأكاديمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دكتوراه كاملة (PhD) أو درجة نهائية معادلة في تخصص أكاديمي ذي صلة من مؤسسة معترف بها.
- تميز مثبت في التدريس في التعليم العالي، بما في ذلك خبرة في تصميم وتقديم المقررات في المرحلة الجامعية و/أو الدراسات العليا.
- سجل بحثي قوي مع منشورات محكمة، ومشاركة في مؤتمرات، ونشاط علمي مستمر.
- خبرة في الإشراف على مشاريع بحثية للطلاب أو أطروحات أو رسائل علمية، وتقديم إرشاد أكاديمي فعال.
- القدرة على المساهمة في تطوير المناهج ومراجعة البرامج وعمليات ضمان الجودة وفق المعايير المؤسسية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية فعالة مع القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئات أكاديمية متنوعة ومتعددة الثقافات.
- الالتزام بالسلوك الأخلاقي والشمولية والممارسات غير التمييزية في التدريس والبحث والخدمة.
- الاستعداد للمشاركة في خدمة المجتمع والأنشطة الخارجية ولجان الجامعة كجزء من المسؤوليات الأكاديمية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية للتدريس الأكاديمي والبحث؛ إتقان اللغة العربية يعتبر ميزة إضافية ولكنه ليس مطلوبًا دائمًا حسب التخصص.
- خبرة سابقة في مستوى أستاذ مساعد أو أستاذ مشارك واستيفاء معايير الترقية وفق لوائح جامعة طيبة واللوائح الوطنية.

Qualifications
- Completed PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated teaching excellence in higher education, including experience designing and delivering courses at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
- Strong research record with peer-reviewed publications, conference participation, and evidence of ongoing scholarly activity.
- Experience supervising student research projects, theses, or dissertations and providing effective academic advising.
- Ability to contribute to curriculum development, program review, and quality assurance processes in alignment with institutional standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multicultural academic environments.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusion, and non-discriminatory practices in teaching, research, and service.
- Willingness to engage in community service, outreach activities, and university committees as part of academic responsibilities.
- Proficiency in English for academic teaching and scholarship; proficiency in Arabic is an asset but not always required depending on the discipline.
- Prior experience at the Assistant or Associate Professor level and eligibility to meet promotion criteria under Taibah University and national regulations.
