We’re Hiring | Finishing Engineer (On Site)

Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure proper execution of finishing works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications

• Inspect architectural and MEP finishing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Review and verify client-approved modifications on site

• Prepare and utilize checklists and snag lists to identify and follow up on pending or non-compliant items

• Coordinate between site teams, contractors, consultants, and Customer Service Engineering

• Support unit inspections and handover processes, ensuring readiness and completion of documentation

• Prepare periodic quality and progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works within real estate or construction projects

• Strong knowledge of finishing details, MEP coordination, and handover requirements

• Experience in snagging, inspections, and client-facing handover processes

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
