يسر شركة Grifols مصر لمشتقات البلازما (GEPD) عن توفر وظيفة طبيب مركز (Center Physician) بدوام كامل في مدينة طنطا، محافظة الغربية. يعمل الطبيب تحت إشراف مدير المركز والمدير الطبي للبلازما والعمليات، ويلعب دورًا حيويًا في عملية التبرع من خلال الإشراف على العملية والموظفين المعنيين لضمان سلامة المتبرعين وجودة البلازما. ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يوميًا، 5 أيام عمل مع يومين إجازة، ورديات متناوبة (غير ثابتة).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الاختيار السليم للمتبرعين المناسبين لعملية فصل البلازما وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات السارية والخبرة السريرية.
- مراقبة والتحقق من امتثال الإجراءات الطبية بالمركز لضمان سلامة المتبرعين وجودة البلازما المجمعة.
- المسؤولية عن التصديق والتدريب وأداء الكادر الطبي بالمركز فيما يتعلق بتقييم المتبرعين والامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
- تقديم التدريب الإضافي اللازم وإعادة التصديق والإجراءات التصحيحية للكادر الطبي بالمركز بالتعاون مع إدارة التدريب.
- إجراء الفحوصات الطبية المطلوبة للمتبرعين.
- مراجعة مستندات المتبرعين ذات الصلة بعناية.
- شرح نموذج الموافقة المستنيرة بعناية والإشهاد على توقيع المتبرع على النموذج.
- في بيئة خاصة وسرية، مناقشة المواد التثقيفية المتعلقة بالسلوك عالي الخطورة وتعريفات فئات السلوك عالي الخطورة لتمكين المتبرع من استبعاد نفسه من التبرع.
- المشاركة في إخطار واستشارة المتبرعين الذين تظهر نتائجهم إيجابية لمؤشرات الأمراض المعدية مثل HBV وHIV وHCV والزهري وغيرها من الاختبارات المطلوبة.
- إدارة ردود الفعل العكسية لدى المتبرعين وتقديم الرعاية المناسبة.
- مراجعة البيانات المتراكمة في الوقت المناسب لتأكيد أهلية المتبرع المنتظمة وسلامته وسلامة المنتج.
- مراجعة البيانات المختبرية المتراكمة لنتائج SPE والزهري والبروتين الكلي في الوقت المناسب، بالإضافة إلى سجلات الجمع، لتحديد ما إذا كان يجب استبعاد المتبرع من التبرع مستقبلاً.
- الموافقة على المتبرع الذي كانت نتائج SPE لديه غير طبيعية لعملية فصل البلازما عند الحصول على نتائج طبيعية.
- التوصية بالتغييرات والتحسينات على إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- تقديم جلسات تثقيفية للكادر الطبي بالمركز وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للشركة.
- تعلم وفهم والعمل بشكل مستقل على نظام PDS (نظام متبرعي البلازما).
- اتباع جميع ممارسات التصنيع الجيد الحالية وإرشادات التوثيق الجيد.
- مراجعة تقارير ضمان الجودة لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة وفي الوقت المناسب بشأن الإجراءات متوسطة التعقيد لمشاكل الاختبارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب (ضروري).
- يفضل وجود دراسات عليا في الطب.
- خبرة سريرية سابقة.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة تخضع لأنظمة GxP.

Job objective
The Center Physician (CP) works under the supervision of Center Manager and the Plasma Operations and Medical Director. The CP plays a critical role in the donation process where he\she has supervision on the whole process and relevant staff to ensure donors safety and plasma quality. The CP ensures that the centers medical staff follows the applicable policies, procedures & regulations.

The Center Physician (CP) works under the supervision of Center Manager and the Plasma Operations and Medical Director. The CP plays a critical role in the donation process where he\she has supervision on the whole process and relevant staff to ensure donors safety and plasma quality. The CP ensures that the centers medical staff follows the applicable policies, procedures & regulations.
- Rotational Shifts (not fixed), 5 working days and 2 days off , 8 working hours
- Ensure the proper selection of suitable plasmapheresis donors according to the effective policies and procedures as well as the as the clinical experience.
- Observe and confirm compliance of the Center's medical procedures as they affect the safety of the donors and the collected plasma.
- Responsible for the certification, training and performance of the center medical staff as it pertains to the donor assessment and to compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Provide additional necessary training, re-certification and corrective actions for the center's medical staff, in collaboration with the training department.
- Perform the required physical examination for donors.
- Review donors related documents carefully.
- Carefully explain the Informed Consent and witness the donor's signature on the form.
- In a private and confidential setting, discuss the high-risk behavior educational material and definitions of high-risk behavior categories in order to provide the donor with the ability to self-exclude from donating.
- Participate in the notification and counselling of donors found to be positive for various infectious disease markers such as HBV, HIV, HCV, syphilis, and other required tests.
- Management of Donor Adverse Event Reactions and the appropriate level of care.
- Timely review of accumulated data to confirm established donor suitability, donor safety and product safety.
- Review the accumulated laboratory data of SPE, syphilis and Total Protein results in a timely basis, as well as the collection records, to determine whether the donor should be deferred for further donation.
- Approve a donor whose SPE results were abnormal for plasmapheresis when normal results are obtained.
- Recommend changes and improvements to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide education sessions to the center medical staff according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Learn, understand and be independent working with the PDS (Plasma Donor System).
- Follows all cGMP and good documentation practice guidelines.
- Review the QA reports for timely and appropriate actions on moderate complexity procedures for test problems.
Essential:
- Bachelors Degree in Medicine.
- Post graduate studies in Medicine, preferrable.
- Clinical experience.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
