Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating project schedules, materials, documentation, and cross-functional activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role supports project execution from sales handover through delivery, with a strong focus on scheduling, inventory coordination, documentation control, and customer interaction-particularly for key and time-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project production scheduling and shipment arrangements, including project suspension, restart, acceleration, and delay.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure ongoing maintenance of all project-related documentation.
• Organize and facilitate project kick-off meetings for key projects.
• Confirm and track long lead-time material reservations and participate in inventory planning and control.
• Arrange trial assembly activities and coordinate the resolution of issues identified during trial builds.
• Participate in inventory control initiatives and continuous project improvement activities.
• Coordinate and manage requests for shortened project delivery lead times.
• Organize, manage, and coordinate project documents and certificates; provide required documentation for imported components.
• Provide delivery schedule and lead-time support during the sales phase for key projects.
• Coordinate customer inspections, factory acceptance tests, or site visits.
