تتطلع شركة Aumet inc في القاهرة، مصر، إلى توظيف قائد فريق Odoo (Odoo Team Lead) متمرس لقيادة الفريق التقني وتحقيق حلول الأعمال الحيوية بنجاح. يتجاوز هذا الدور إدارة المشاريع ليشمل بناء ثقافة هندسية عالية الأداء وتطوير المطورين وتحسين عمليات التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة الأنشطة اليومية لفريق Odoo الهندسي.
- الإشراف على تخطيط مشاريع Odoo وتحسيناتها وتنفيذها وتسليمها.
- دفع التميز الهندسي من خلال معايير الترميز ومراجعات البنية وأفضل الممارسات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مالكي المنتجات ومحللي الأعمال وفرق ضمان الجودة و DevOps لتقديم حلول عالية الجودة.
- توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق وتعزيز المساءلة والملكية والتحسين المستمر.
- بناء القدرات الداخلية وتطوير قادة تقنيين مستقبليين داخل الفريق.
- ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد مع الموازنة بين الديون التقنية وتطوير الميزات والدعم التشغيلي.
- المشاركة في تصميم الحلول والتقدير واتخاذ القرارات التقنية لمبادرات ERP المعقدة.
- مراقبة أداء الفريق وتحديد الاختناقات وتحسين العمليات الهندسية باستمرار.
- دعم التعيين والتأهيل وإدارة أداء مهندسي Odoo.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل مع تطوير وتطبيقات Odoo.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في قيادة فرق هندسية أو فرق تسليم ERP.
- معرفة قوية ببنية Odoo ووحداته و ORM ونموذج الأمان وإطار التخصيص.
- خبرة في Python و PostgreSQL و REST APIs وتكامل الأنظمة.
- فهم قوي لأفضل ممارسات هندسة البرمجيات ومراجعات الكود والاختبار وإدارة الإصدارات.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات Agile/Scrum.
- خبرة في نشرات Odoo متعددة الشركات أو على مستوى المؤسسات تعتبر ميزة قوية.

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والقيادة.
- قائد يطور الأشخاص وليس البرمجيات فقط.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Team Lead to lead our Odoo technical team and drive the successful delivery of business-critical solutions.This role goes beyond project management. You will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering culture, mentoring developers, improving delivery processes, and ensuring scalable, maintainable Odoo implementations that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Team Lead to lead our Odoo technical team and drive the successful delivery of business-critical solutions.This role goes beyond project management. You will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering culture, mentoring developers, improving delivery processes, and ensuring scalable, maintainable Odoo implementations that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Odoo engineering team.
- Own planning, delivery, and execution of Odoo projects and enhancements.
- Drive engineering excellence through coding standards, architecture reviews, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Build internal capabilities and develop future technical leaders within the team.
- Ensure timely delivery while balancing technical debt, feature development, and operational support.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making for complex ERP initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve engineering processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Odoo engineers.
- 5+ years of experience working with Odoo development and implementations.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or ERP delivery squads.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, ORM, security model, and customization framework.
- Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code reviews, testing, and release management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with multi-company or enterprise-scale Odoo deployments is a strong advantage.
- A leader who develops people, not just software.
