Napco National تعلن عن توفر وظيفة HSSE Officer (مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) في تبوك، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

إجراء جولات سلامة دورية في جميع أنحاء مقر الشركة لضمان بيئة وظروف آمنة.
التأكد من الحفاظ على ظروف السلامة والنظافة في المصنع والمستودعات، والإبلاغ عن أي انحراف.
التأكد من ارتداء الموظفين العاملين في المصنع للملابس والزي المناسب ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).
التحقق من التشغيل الآمن وحالة الآلات في منطقة الإنتاج.
التأكد من سلامة معدات مكافحة الحرائق من خلال الصيانة الدورية وإعادة التعبئة حسب الحاجة.
الحفاظ على المستندات اللازمة لتسجيل أنشطة التفتيش اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
مراقبة الأعمال الساخنة (hot works) والتأكد من تنفيذها بإذن مناسب وفي ظروف آمنة في جميع أنحاء المصنع (التي ينفذها فريق الصيانة أو المقاولون أو طرف ثالث).
التنسيق مع حراس الأمن فيما يتعلق بحركة الزوار، وتتبع دخولهم وخروجهم من مقر الشركة.
عند الحاجة، إجراء تدريبات على السلامة والإسعافات الأولية أثناء العمل للموظفين الجدد.
المشاركة في تدريبات الإخلاء.
التأكد من وضوح الطريق المؤدي إلى طفايات الحريق وخزائن الخراطيم في جميع أنحاء الشركة.
اتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية من الحرائق حسب الحاجة، خاصة خلال فصل الصيف.
مراقبة حالة المصارف/القنوات والتأكد من خلوها من الآفات من خلال أنشطة رش مكافحة الآفات بالتنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام.
مراقبة دورة الصيانة لسطح المبنى والجدران وظلال الإضاءة واللوحات الكهربائية.
ضمان توفر وصيانة ملحقات معدات الإسعافات الأولية.
في حالة وقوع أي حادث، تقديم الإسعافات الأولية إذا لزم الأمر.
متابعة تنفيذ سياسات وبرامج وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
زيادة الوعي بالصحة والسلامة على جميع المستويات داخل المؤسسة.
التحقيق في جميع حوادث الإصابات الشخصية الخطيرة/الحرجة التي يتعرض لها الموظفون أو الزوار أو المقاولون والإبلاغ عنها.
التحقيق في الحوادث/الأحداث التي تؤدي إلى أضرار جسيمة لممتلكات الشركة.
الاستجابة لمخاوف السلامة الخاصة بالموظفين.
الاستجابة الفورية للحرائق وحالات الطوارئ الأخرى.
التنسيق لتسجيل وإزالة النفايات الخطرة إن وجدت.
التنسيق لتدريب الموظفين في مجالات اختبار السلامة، بما في ذلك الإسعافات الأولية، الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR)، الوقاية من الحوادث والتحقيق فيها، التفتيش على مكان العمل، وغيرها من الأمور المتعلقة بتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة في المرافق.
مساعدة الموظفين التنفيذيين وكبار المسؤولين والمديرين والمشرفين وقائد فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في حالات الطوارئ.
إجراء تقييمات المخاطر التشغيلية في الموقع وتصميم إجراءات تخفيف المخاطر.
إعداد والحفاظ على جميع التقارير المطلوبة المتعلقة بنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، بما في ذلك الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
تقديم مقترحات تحسين الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) تشمل: عدم المطابقة، الإجراء التصحيحي المقترح، الموارد المطلوبة للإجراء التصحيحي، وخطة التنفيذ.

Job Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Conducts periodical safety rounds around entire area of company premises for ensuring safe atmosphere and condition.
Ensures plant & warehouses Safety and hygienic condition are maintained and reports deviation if any.
Ensures plant related employees are wearing appropriate overalls/clothing’s and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Checks the Safe operation and condition of machineries across production area.
Ensures perfect condition of fire-fighting equipments thru periodical maintenance and re-filling of equipments as applicable
Maintains necessary documents for recording the daily, weekly and monthly HSE inspection activities.
Monitors the hot works & ensures they are carried out with due permission and safe condition across the plant (carried out b maintenance/contractor/third part etc).
Coordinates with Security guards in line with visitors’ movements, keeping track of entry and exit to company premises etc.
When required, conduct Safety & first-aid on the job trainings for new recruits
Participates in evacuation drills
Ensures the clear way to reach fire extinguisher and hose cabinets across company
Takes fire preventive measures on need basis especially during summer time
Monitors the condition of drainages/canals and ensure them against infestation thru pest control spray activities in coordination with department heads
Monitors cycle chart of the facility roof top, walls, light shadows, and electrical panels
Ensures the availability, and maintain first-aid equipments accessories.
In case of any accident, provide if required first aid activities.
Follows up on implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Policies, programs and procedures.
Increases health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
Investigates and reports all serious / critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff, visitors or contractors.
Investigates accidents / incidents that result to a substantial damage to company properties.
Responds to employees safety concerns
Responds immediately to fires and other emergency situations.
Coordinates registration and removal of hazardous waste if any.
Coordinates the training of personnel in areas of safety testing, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and Investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in facilities.
Assists executive staff, senior administrators, principals and supervisors and HSE team leader in emergency situations.
Conducts operational risk assessments on site and designs risk mitigation measures.
Generates and maintains all the required reports related to HSE management system, including corrective action and Preventive measures.
Provides HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
