تعلن الشركة السعودية للمباني الجاهزة (نيوفاب) - الرائدة في تصنيع المباني الجاهزة والمتخصصة في المجمعات السكنية والحكومية والتجارية - عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تصميم ميكانيكي (Mechanical Design Engineer) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتحسين التصاميم الميكانيكية لمكونات وأنظمة وتجميعات المباني الجاهزة، وضمان السلامة الهيكلية والتصنيعية.
- إنشاء نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد ورسومات تفصيلية باستخدام أدوات CAD.
- إجراء حسابات التصميم (Design Calculations) للتأكد من مطابقة المعايير.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في الهندسة والتصنيع والخدمات اللوجستية.
- إعداد الوثائق والمواصفات الفنية اللازمة.
- مراجعة التصاميم من حيث كفاءة التكلفة وسهولة التركيب والامتثال للمعايير ذات الصلة.
- دعم عمليات النمذجة الأولية (Prototyping) والاختبار والتحسين المستمر للتصاميم الميكانيكية والمنتجات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص قريب جداً؛ الشهادات المهنية أو الترخيص الهندسي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في مجالات البناء أو المباني الجاهزة أو البناء المعياري (Modular Construction)، مع معرفة بالكودات والمعايير المطبقة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إدارة مشاريع متعددة ومواعيد تسليم في بيئة عمل سريعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التصميم الهندسي والهندسة الميكانيكية تتعلق بالأنظمة الإنشائية والميكانيكية في المباني الجاهزة أو المعيارية.
- خبرة في تصميم الآلات (Machine Design) وتصميم المنتجات (Product Design) مع التركيز على المكونات والتجميعات المتينة والقابلة للتصنيع.
- إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) بما في ذلك النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد وإنشاء الرسومات الهندسية التفصيلية وقوائم المواد (BOM).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات، وقدرة على التواصل والتعاون بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Candidates should possess expertise in Machine Design and Product Design, focusing on durable, efficient, and manufacturable components and assemblies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), including 3D modeling and the creation of detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications or licensure are beneficial.
- Experience in construction, prefabrication, or modular building environments, with knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
