العميل هو صندوق استثماري عالمي كبير يستثمر في مجموعة واسعة من القطاعات. يبحث عن متخصص في البنية التحتية للانضمام إلى فريقه في الرياض. المنظمة ممولة بشكل ممتاز ولديها أموال كبيرة متاحة للاستثمار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة بشأن تحديد واختيار وإدارة الاستثمارات الدولية في البنية التحتية.
- التنسيق في عملية الاكتتاب والتفاوض على الشروط وإغلاق الوثائق الخاصة باستثمارات البنية التحتية.
- تقديم الخبرة اللازمة لإعداد واعتماد مقترحات الاستثمار والتوصيات والمذكرات.
- التواصل مع مديري الصناديق والشركاء الخارجيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة كبيرة في مجال البنية التحتية سواء من صندوق أو بنك.
- خبرة في الاستثمار في الأسواق المتقدمة.
- سجل أكاديمي متميز ومهارات جيدة في النمذجة المالية (financial modelling).
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الدوام الكامل في الرياض.

What the job involves
- Advise on the identification, selection, and management of international infrastructure investments
- Liaise on the process of underwriting, negotiating terms, and closing documentation for infrastructure investments
- Provide expertise for the preparation and sign-off of investment proposals, recommendations, and memos
- Liaise with external fund managers and partners
- Significant experience in infrastructure from either a fund or bank
- Experience of investing in developed markets
- First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time
