شركة GE Aerospace تعلن عن وظيفة مستشار صيانة وإصلاح وعمرة (MRO) للعملاء، للعمل في منطقتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق دعم MRO التابع للعميل لتقديم الإرشادات ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات عبر مسارات عمل متعددة، وضمان توافق القاعدة المهارية والعمليات والإجراءات واستراتيجية الإصلاح مع متطلبات العمل الحالية وقابلية التوسع مع نمو المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ودعم فريق صيانة وإصلاح وعمرة (JPC) التابع لشركة Saudi Technic لتلبية احتياجات العمل الحالية والمستقبلية.
- توفير الإشراف والدعم لعمليات التخطيط والمواد ودعم العملاء والإصلاح في ST MRO.
- العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الوظائف من GE يركز على تحقيق تحسينات مستدامة في زمن المعالجة (TAT) والكفاءة داخل ST MRO.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية إصلاح لـ ST وخطة نمو تتماشى مع قدرات الماكينات وتراخيص الإصلاح المتاحة.
- دعم فريق ST في تطوير وتنفيذ خطة انتقال الورشة.
- تطوير واستخدام مقاييس قائمة على البيانات لمراقبة الأداء وقيادة التحسين المستمر للعميل عبر مسارات عمل متعددة.
- الحفاظ على مقاييس أعمال GE وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لفريق برنامج قيادة MRO وفريق المشروع الأساسي ولجنة التوجيه العليا.
- تنفيذ عملية اتصال موحدة وحزمة مقاييس.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتحليل وإعداد تقارير العائد الأولي (first-time yield) في عمليات الإصلاح.
- دعم وتشجيع استخدام أدوات وتقنيات Lean Six Sigma وإدارة التغيير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة أو كلية معتمدة، أو ما يعادلها من المعرفة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في بيئة MRO.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتدريب والقيادة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع.
- قيادة تطوير قدرات MRO.
- معرفة بمحركات CFM.
- مهارات قوية في التوجيه (mentoring).
- قدرة مثبتة على تحليل المشكلات وحلها.
- خبرة في Lean Six Sigma.

Role Overview
- Develop & support the Saudi Technic JPC team to meet current and future business needs.
- Provide oversight support for ST MRO Planning, Materials, Customer Support and Repair processes
- Work as part of a cross functional GE Team focused on delivering sustainable TAT & efficiency improvements within ST MRO,
- Assist in the development and implementation of a ST Repair Strategy and growth plan aligned to machine capability and available repair licenses.
- Support the ST team in the development and execution of a shop transition plan
- Develop and use data-based metrics to monitor performance and to champion continuous improvement for the customer across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain GE business metrics providing regular updates to MRO Program Leadership team, project core team & senior steering committee.
- Implement a standardized communication process and metrics pack
- Assist in the development, reporting and analysis of first-time yield in the repair processes.
- Actively support & encourage the use of Lean Six Sigma and change management tools & techniques.
- Project management experience
- Leading MRO capability development
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge
- 12+ years of experience with atleast 5 years in MRO environment
- Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
