Kaya Clinic is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & social media specialist to join our team and help create engaging content that showcases our treatments, expertise, and patient experiences.

• She will Be responsible for planning, shooting, and creating content across Kaya clinics.
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar and posting schedule.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently about Kaya’s services, treatments, and campaigns.
• Will appear in content
• Arabic and english speaker is a must
• Plan for brand partnerships
• Coordinate content shoots with doctors, specialists, and clinic teams.
• Reach out to and manage UGC creators and influencers to generate authentic content for the brand.
• Brief creators, oversee content delivery, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Monitor content performance and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions.

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
• Comfortable showing your face and speaking on camera.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Brand parnership experience
• Experience planning and executing content shoots.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with influencers and UGC creators is a plus.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or healthcare marketing is preferred.

• Strong storyteller with an eye for engaging content.
• Confident communicator both on and off camera.
• Passionate about social media and digital trends.
