WE'RE HIRING: AI SPECIALIST

📍 Abha, Saudi Arabia · On-site · Full-time

Since 2019, we've been building PVP from Abha: 10,000+ custom PC builds sold, 90,000+ registered users.

AI at PVP isn't a tool we're experimenting with; it's an employee working in every department:

• Customer Service: an AI agent closes 60-70% of conversations with zero human intervention at 88-92% customer satisfaction. Satisfaction went up, not down.

• Marketing: 80% of our published content is fully AI-generated; our standard: if you can tell it's AI, it failed.

• Sales: a catalog that rearranges itself for every customer, one personalized version per customer.

• Finance & Operations: a full ERP and an accounting agent built entirely in-house, replacing systems that used to cost us tens of thousands a year.

We got here without a single full-time AI hire.

The problem? Every system runs on its own, and no one owns the whole file.

That's why this seat exists.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

1. Improve what's running: the agents and systems working today raise the quality of their output

2. Build the new: automation for any department that needs it, from idea to production

3. Chase the models: every new release test it, measure it, and deploy it if it wins

4. Automate the repetitive: anything recurring goes automatic with clear, justified human checkpoints

5. Unify the foundation: bring our scattered projects onto one base that runs in a closed loop

THE SKILLS WE NEED:

• Advanced prompt engineering: system instructions that produce consistent, dependable output, not casual Q&A

• Loops & scheduled automation: build a loop that starts from an event or a schedule, then plans, executes, verifies, delivers, and repeats on its own

• Automation tooling: n8n / Make or plain code. What matters is work you can show us running

• AI-powered building & shipping: turn an idea into a deployed tool or app using platforms like Replit and similar

• You keep up with the field because it changes every single week

• You communicate clearly in Arabic and English

WHAT WE DON'T CARE ABOUT:

Your major, GPA, years of experience, or certificates. This entire field is two years old; show us your work.

GROUND RULES BEFORE YOU APPLY:

• Work is on-site at our Abha office. Priority goes to Abha residents, and the interview is in person

• The job description is flexible: it will change and evolve as models evolve and as the business needs. If you want fixed boundaries, this role isn't for you

• We're expanding: anything under the PVP umbrella, current or future stores and ventures, in our sector or others, you should be ready to take it on
