جهة سرية تعلن عن وظيفة منسق مبيعات داخلية (ISR Coordinator) في الرياض

Position Purpose :The main role of this position is to coordinate with the different ISRs in the branches to facilitate job execution and ensure meeting performance KPIs.

Analyze performance and processes adherence to ensure compliance across all the branches.

Assist the branches with Retail and Small core related inquiries and issues.

Building Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly performance/ achievement reports.

Major/Key Accountabilities :

• Being the focal point of contact for ISR's
• Follow up on all assigned activities and tasks of ISRs
• Follow up on generated opportunities and funnel stage
• Assess accounts data accuracy and work with ISRs on data cleansing
• Monitor accounts activation
• Follow up on overall Retail and Small core customers achievement and completed activities
• Assist in developing KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity based on set targets

• Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standing instructions and other company policies

QHSE policy & procedures

• Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to maintain a hazard and incident free environment
• Promote awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work

Educational Background :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial OR Electrical Engineering
• Job related Continuous Improvement and development Trainings
• Safety awareness training

Experience

• General knowledge of various machines and generator set
• Good knowledge in MS Office programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Skills, Knowledge & Ability

• Must be able to analyze large data & make reports according to the requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic&English )
• Strong analytical skills, able to handle multiple tasks, organized and detail-oriented
• Has initiative and can work well with different people
