تعلن شركة HEINEKEN (إثيوبيا) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة ممرض/ممرضة مصنع الجعة (Brewery Nurse) في مدينة Bedele.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- ضمان تقديم خدمات تمريضية مناسبة للمرضى.
- الحفاظ على صحة وسلامة ورفاهية الموظفين في بيئات العمل المختلفة.
- تقليل الإصابات أو الأمراض المرتبطة بالعمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قياس العلامات الحيوية للمريض والتحقق من أي اختلالات وتقديم العلاج المناسب.
- الفحص الدوري للتأكد من نظافة وجاهزية المعدات الطبية في العيادة للاستخدام السريري.
- إعطاء الاهتمام والعلاج المناسبين للموظفين المصابين أو المرضى، وفي حال احتاجت الحالة لمزيد من المعالجة يتم إبلاغ رئيس العيادة وترتيب العلاج الفوري.
- مساعدة المريض/الموظف في الاستعداد للفحوصات والاختبارات الأخرى قبل معاينة طبيب المصنع.
- بناءً على نوع الجرح، يتم إجراء الجراحات البسيطة أو المساعدة فيها.
- المشاركة في ممارسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية عبر الشركة، وتحديد الإبلاغ عن الظروف غير الآمنة، وتركيب وتعبئة صناديق الإسعافات الأولية.
- ضمان جاهزية الاستجابة للطوارئ بما في ذلك جاهزية سيارة الإسعاف والمشاركة في التدريبات حسب خطة الشركة.
- ضمان توفر الأدوية والأدوات الطبية الطارئة.
- ضمان تطبيق ممارسات الوقاية من العدوى.
- الاستجابة للسيطرة على تفشي الأمراض والأوبئة والجوائح وفقاً للبروتوكولات الوطنية/الدولية.
- الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لملاحظات الموظفين وعلاجاتهم ونتائجهم.
- الاطلاع الدائم على لوائح وزارة الصحة الوطنية وإرشادات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالسلامة والرعاية الصحية في مكان العمل.
- التدريب الصحي: تثقيف الموظفين حول ممارسات السلامة في مكان العمل، واستراتيجيات تعزيز الصحة، والإجراءات الوقائية.
- المشاركة في تدريب المسعفين الأوليين.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يوجهها المدير المباشر.
- يجوز تفويضه للعمل كرئيس للعيادة في حال غياب رئيس العيادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- ممرض/ممرضة مرخصة مع خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين.
- دبلوم في التمريض السريري أو أعلى.

Key Responsibilities
- A clinical nurse takes down the vital signs of the patient and check for any irregularities and gives proper treatment.
- Always checks & follows medical equipment’s of the clinic are clean and ready for clinical use.
- Gives proper attention & treatment for injured/diseases employees and if the case of injury/illness needs further handling, he/she notifies to head of the clinic and arranges for immediate treatment.
- Helps the patient/employee to get ready for test and other examination before the handling of doctor of the brewery.
- Based on the type of wound he/she performs or assist minor surgery.
- Participate in occupational health and safety practice across the company. Identification and reporting of unsafe condition, placement, and Refilling of first aid boxes.
- Ensure Emergency Response preparedness including Ambulance readiness and participating on drill as per plan of the company.
- Ensuring the availability of emergency drugs and tools.
- Ensuring application of infection prevention practices.
- Respond to control outbreak, epidemic and pandemic disease as per National /international protocol.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of employee encounters, treatments, and outcomes.
- Staying up to date on national MOH regulations, industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to workplace safety and healthcare.
- Educating employees about workplace safety practices, health promotion strategies, and preventive measures
- Take part in training of first aiders.
- Handles other duties as directed by line manager.
- May be delegated to perform as a head of clinic in case of clinical head absence.
Experience and Skills
- Licensed Nurse with a minimum work experience of 2 years.
- Diploma in clinical nursing and above.
