شركة Hempel A/S تبحث عن منسق صيانة (Maintenance Coordinator) للعمل في مكة المدينة الصناعية الثالثة، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
دعم عمليات الصيانة من خلال تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والبيئة والجودة، وتعظيم موثوقية المعدات ووقت التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية.
- ضمان وقت تشغيل المعدات وكفاءة التشغيل في خطوط الإنتاج.
- إدارة جدولة الصيانة وتخصيص الموارد.
- التحكم في تكاليف الصيانة وتحسين مخزون قطع الغيار.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر وبرامج موثوقية المصنع.
- تسهيل التواصل بين فرق التخطيط والإنتاج والجودة والمشتريات والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والصيانة.
- إعداد جداول الصيانة الأسبوعية والشهرية لتقليل تعطيل الإنتاج.
- إنشاء أوامر العمل وتحديد أولوياتها وتتبعها عبر أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
- ضمان إجراء الفحوصات الدورية وخدمة أجهزة الحلالات (dissolvers) والخلاطات والمضخات والمطاحن والضواغط وآلات التعبئة.
- الاستجابة لأعطال المعدات وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية لاستعادة التشغيل بسرعة.
- مراقبة مستويات مخزون قطع الغيار الحيوية وضمان توفرها دون تخزين زائد.
- إدارة مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين والمقاولين والموردين والشركات المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEMs).
- الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة وسجلات التدوين ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإعداد تقارير دورية.
- المشاركة في تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) ومشاريع تحسين الموثوقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية يفضل. يمكن النظر في حاملي الدبلوم العالي مع خبرة قوية.
- 3-7 سنوات من الخبرة في تنسيق الصيانة داخل التصنيع، ويفضل صناعات الطلاء أو المواد الكيميائية أو المعالجة.
- خبرة عملية مع المعدات الدوارة ومعدات المعالجة بما في ذلك الحلالات (dissolvers) والخلاطات والمضخات والضواغط وأنظمة التعبئة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
- فهم قوي لممارسات الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية.
- معرفة معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في البيئات الكيميائية.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والتنظيم والتواصل والتنسيق.
- التفكير التحليلي وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة أساسية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات.

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations by coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and maximizing equipment reliability and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency in production lines.
- Manage maintenance scheduling and resource allocation.
- Control maintenance costs and optimize spare parts inventory.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant reliability programs.
- Facilitate communication between planning, production, quality, procurement, HSE and maintenance teams.
- Develop weekly and monthly maintenance schedules to minimize production disruption.
- Create, prioritize, and track work orders through ERP systems.
- Ensure routine inspections and servicing of dissolvers, mixers, pumps, mills, compressors and filling machines.
- Respond to equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions to restore operations quickly.
- Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and ensure availability without overstocking.
- Manage external service providers, contractors, suppliers and OEMs.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred. High Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
- 3-7 years of experience in maintenance coordination within manufacturing, preferably paint, chemical, or process industries.
- Hands-on experience with rotating and process equipment including dissolvers, mixers, pumps, compressors and filling systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of HSE standards in chemical environments.
- Strong planning, organization, communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
