Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Last Mile Specialist to manage and improve the final stage of the delivery process. The role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time, accurately, and in excellent condition. This position requires strong coordination with delivery partners, warehouse teams, customer service, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage daily last-mile delivery activities.

* Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with service standards.

* Track delivery performance and identify delays, failed deliveries, or operational issues.

* Coordinate with couriers, carriers, delivery partners, and drivers.

* Resolve delivery issues, including missed deliveries, damaged goods, incorrect addresses, and customer complaints.

* Analyze delivery performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

* Maintain accurate delivery reports, tracking records, proof of delivery, and operational dashboards.

* Work closely with customer service teams to provide accurate delivery updates and resolve customer concerns.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, SLAs, and local transportation regulations.

Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, delivery operations, warehouse operations, or a related field.

* Good understanding of last-mile delivery processes and route management.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or delivery management systems.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience working with courier companies, 3PL providers, or e-commerce logistics.

* Knowledge of route optimization and delivery tracking tools.

* Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.

* Strong customer service mindset.

* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
