A leading organization in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. 🌟

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in project planning, execution, and team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with software development teams and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
