As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Renewable Energy business unit in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will support the full lifecycle of utility-scale renewable projects - from technical due diligence and tendering to construction supervision and operations - working hand-in-hand with our clients, collaborators and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and collaborators to conduct site visits and contribute to quarterly construction reports and annual & semi-annual operation supervision reports.
• Perform Technical Due Diligence (TDD) to support the acquisition of projects at different development stages, including project evaluation, basic engineering and supporting technical studies.
• Review asset performance and the contractual framework (PPA, EPC, O&M contracts) as well as the Financial Model.
• Coordinate transversal engineering activities and supervise the design and development of renewable projects.
• Manage the initial design phase of projects and the tender process - preparing the RFP and evaluating offers.
• Carry out energy yield studies and CAPEX, OPEX and LCOE estimates.
• Coordinate and manage new projects from inception to delivery.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):

• 🎓 Engineering degree (a post-graduate degree in energy or engineering is preferred).
• 🛠️ 5-8 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector.
• ⚡ Proven experience with PV, Wind, BESS and hybrid projects.
• 📊 Experience in feasibility studies and technical due diligence, reviewing asset performance, the contractual framework (PPA, EPC, O&M) and the Financial Model.
• 📝 Experience in tender processes - RFP elaboration and evaluation of offers.
• 🏗️ Experience in the management of Photovoltaic and Wind power plant projects.
• 📈 Experience in energy yield studies and estimation of CAPEX, OPEX and LCOE.
• 🚗 Experience in site visits and site assessments.
• ✅ Valid driving license for KSA and UAE.

Nice to Have (Desirable)

• Experience in the design or supervision of substation design.
• Additional hands-on experience in BESS projects.
