Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join our Crew Boat operations. The ideal candidate will assist the Master in ensuring the safe navigation and efficient operation of the vessel while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Master in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel.
• Supervise and manage all deck operations and deck crew activities.
• Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company procedures.
• Oversee personnel transfer, cargo handling, mooring, and towing operations.
• Conduct navigational watches and monitor vessel safety and security.
• Lead emergency response activities and conduct regular safety drills.
• Maintain statutory records, deck logs, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate deck maintenance and ensure all safety equipment remains operational.
• Monitor vessel stability, seaworthiness, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• National Certificate of Competency (CoC) II/2 (500-3000 GT).
• Minimum 24 months (730 days) onboard experience as Chief Officer on the same class of vessel.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Towing Operations.
• Valid STCW certification and related mandatory seafarer documents.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Valid H2S Certification.
• ARAMCO Approved candidates will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience onboard offshore support vessels and crew boats operating in the GCC region.
• Familiarity with ARAMCO marine operational and safety requirements.
