تسعى Yallo Talent إلى تعيين Oracle EBS Technical Lead (مستشار/قائد تقني) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. يتطلب الدور خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، مع التركيز على القيادة التقنية والتطوير في Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جميع المسارات الفنية لتنفيذ وتحسينات Oracle EBS R12.
- تصميم وبناء الحلول التقنية عبر وحدات Oracle EBS (Financials, SCM, HRMS حسب نطاق المشروع).
- تطوير ومراجعة مكونات RICEFW شاملة: التقارير، الواجهات، التحويلات، الامتدادات، سير العمل (Workflow)، النماذج (Forms)، وكائنات OAF.
- إجراء مراجعات الكود ومراقبة جودة التطوير وتطبيق معايير Oracle البرمجية.
- دعم استراتيجية تحويل البيانات، التخطيط، الاستخراج، التحويل، والتحقق من صحتها.
- وضع منهجية النشر لنقل البيانات بين البيئات.
- تنفيذ والتنسيق لاختبارات الوحدة واختبارات تكامل النظام (Unit / System Integration Testing).
- التواصل بوضوح وإيجاز ضمن فرق المشروع المتكاملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 10+ سنوات في Oracle EBS (بما في ذلك 8+ سنوات في مشاريع التنفيذ والدعم).
- خبرة تقنية متعمقة في PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Personalization, BI Publisher, OAF.
- خبرة في تطوير ومراجعة مكونات RICEFW.
- القدرة على العمل مع الفرق الوظيفية والمستخدمين وفرق التطوير لتقديم حلول عالية الجودة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان PLSQL وOracle Forms وOracle Reports وWorkflow وPersonalization وBI Publisher وOAF.
- خبرة في التحويلات والواجهات والامتدادات وسير العمل.
- مهارات قيادة فرق تقنية وإدارة جودة الكود.
- فهم قوي لاستراتيجيات تحويل البيانات واختبارات التكامل.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة مشروع متكاملة والتواصل بشكل فعّال.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience across Oracle EBS R12 technical components. The role involves leading technical design, customizations, integrations, performance tuning, and providing technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will closely collaborate with functional teams, business users, and development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Job Description:
· 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Implementation & Support projects with technical expertise in PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Personalization, BI Publisher and OAF
· Lead all technical workstreams for Oracle EBS R12 implementation and enhancements
· Design and build technical solutions across Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM or HRMS depending on project scope)
· Develop and review RICEFW components including:
- Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (WF), Forms, OAF objects
· Perform code reviews, development quality control, and enforce Oracle coding standards
· Support data conversion strategy, mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation
· Deployment approach for moving data across environments
· Perform and co-ordinate Unit / System Integration testing
· Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams
