Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at Leajlik Salon is a full-time, on-site role based in Mecca. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Human Resources Specialist will help implement HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and assist with performance and personnel management. The role also involves responding to staff inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. Collaboration with salon management to ensure staffing needs are met and HR practices align with business goals is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and workforce support.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies in alignment with local labor regulations and company standards.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including performance support, employee relations, and record-keeping.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or systems and basic proficiency in office productivity tools.
