شركة Penspen، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في خدمات الطاقة على مستوى العالم، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Instrument Engineer في مدينة الخفجي، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

قد يعمل Senior Instrument Engineer ضمن فريق Core Engineering Team أو فريق إدارة المشاريع (PMT). سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على مهندسي الأجهزة ذوي الدرجات الأدنى وتفويض المهام لهم. قد يعمل تحت إشراف Lead Instrument Engineer وسيتم تفويض المسؤوليات وفقاً لذلك. قد يتولى أي أو كل المهام التالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف اليومي على مهندسي FEED في إعداد Control Block Diagrams وتحديد جميع الإشارات الميدانية.
  • مراجعة واعتماد تصميم نظام ESD ونظام كشف الحريق والغاز (Fire and Gas Detection system) وأوراق البيانات والمواصفات.
  • تقديم تعليقات في الوقت المناسب على مخرجات FEED وضمان حلها وتنفيذها.
  • مراجعة واعتماد جميع الرسومات، ومسار كابلات التوصيل (فوق وتحت الأرض)، ومواقع صناديق التوصيل والكابلات.
  • مراجعة واعتماد رسومات الموردين وغيرها من المستندات المقدمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن اثنتي عشرة (12) سنة، منها ست (6) سنوات في مجال هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم (Instrumentation & Control Engineering) لمشاريع النفط والغاز/البتروكيماويات الكبرى.
  • خبرة في أنظمة DCS (مطلوبة).
  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع (PMC) في دور مماثل لعدة سنوات على الأقل (يفضل).
  • معرفة بمعايير وأساليب عمل أرامكو السعودية (Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices) (مفيد).
  • خبرة سابقة في مرحلتي الإنشاء والتشغيل (مفيد ولكن ليس إلزامياً).
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وجميع حزمة MS Office، خاصة Word وExcel.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم/الهندسة الكهربائية/الإلكترونية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.

The Senior Instrument Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. The Senior Instrument Engineer may have engineer grade instrument personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. The Senior Instrument Engineer may work under the supervision of a Lead Instrument Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Instrument Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day control of FEED engineers in preparation of Control Block Diagrams and identification of all field signals
  • Review and approve design of ESD, Fire and Gas Detection system, datasheets and specifications.
  • Provide timely comments on FEED deliverables and ensure their resolution and implementation.
  • Review and approve all drawings, cable trays (above and underground), junction box location and cabling.
  • Review and approve vendor drawings and other submissions

The job location will be based on Alkhafji , Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

  • At least Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Instrumentation & Control Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. DCS experience required.
  • PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
