We are seeking a highly specialized Omnissa MDM & BeyondTrust PAM Specialist to manage, secure, and optimize our endpoint fleet and privileged identity infrastructure. In this role, you will be the core administrator responsible for ensuring robust Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) through Omnissa MDM, while simultaneously securing critical infrastructure access and monitoring high-risk credentials using BeyondTrust PAM.

This is a highly technical role that requires deep, hands-on administration experience with both enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnissa MDM Administration: Handle full lifecycle management of corporate endpoints (laptops, mobile devices). Design, deploy, and enforce compliance policies, profile configurations, and secure application distribution.
• BeyondTrust PAM Management: Oversee the administration of Privileged Remote Access (PRA) and Password Safe. Manage privileged account discovery, automated credential rotation, and session monitoring/recording.
• Integration & Security Operations: Ensure proper alignment between endpoint compliance and privileged access controls. Integrate logs into the enterprise security monitoring ecosystem for continuous auditing.
• Compliance Verification: Align endpoint configurations and privileged access workflows with internal governance policies and national cybersecurity frameworks.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong, direct experience in administering Omnissa MDM (formerly VMware Workspace ONE) AND BeyondTrust PAM platforms.
• Background: 3-5 years of specialized experience within Cybersecurity, Identity Security, or Endpoint Infrastructure Operations.
• Skills: Solid understanding of MDM enrollment protocols (Apple DEP, Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot) and PAM architecture (RDP/SSH proxying, vaulting, Least Privilege enforcement).
• Certifications: Official certifications in Omnissa/VMware UEM or BeyondTrust solutions are highly advantageous.
