شركة Atoms، الرائدة في بناء الأنظمة الذكية للأتمتة المادية في قطاعات الغذاء والتعدين والنقل، تبحث عن Associate Construction Manager للعمل في منطقة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ وتسليم أعمال البناء وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات المحددة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في الموقع.
- مراقبة تقدم البناء، وتحديد المخاطر، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للحد من التأخير وتجاوز التكاليف.
- ضمان الامتثال لكودات البناء المحلية والدولية ولوائح السلامة ومعايير مراقبة الجودة.
- قيادة عمليات التفتيش والمراجعات الميدانية وفحوصات ضمان الجودة، وضمان الالتزام بالتصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- التعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لحل المشكلات التقنية وتنفيذ حلول هندسة القيمة.
- الإشراف على معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ومتوافقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إدارة البناء، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في بناء قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو المطاعم.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة جداول الكميات (BOQ) والتكاليف عبر نطاقات متعددة (مدنية، كهربائية، سباكة، تكييف، غاز).
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء وكودات البناء والمعايير الصناعية.
- خبرة عملية في تخطيط المشاريع وإعداد الميزانيات وإدارة المخاطر ومراقبة التكاليف.
- مهارات قيادة واتصال ممتازة لإدارة الفرق الكبيرة والمقاولين والتعامل مع العملاء.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office أو GoogleDocs وبرامج إدارة البناء.
- خبرة في عقود FIDIC وأدوات جدولة المشاريع (Primavera P6، MS Project) وعمليات مراقبة الجودة.
- شهادة PMP أو CCM ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية ضرورية.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the construction, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works on-site.
- Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Lead site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and resource planning.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and work schedules.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of construction activities with project goals and client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years spent in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction
- Proven experience managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing across various scopes (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams, contractors, and client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs, and construction management software.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and quality control processes.
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
