تعلن Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health عن توفر وظيفة قائد المنصة (Platform Lead) في منطقة الرياض، للعمل ضمن فريقها المخصص لإطلاق شركات رعاية صحية مبتكرة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جذب المؤسسين المتميزين والتواصل معهم وتقييمهم لاستثمار SSRH في شركاتهم الناشئة المستقلة.
- بناء علامة تجارية قوية من خلال أنشطة التسويق والاتصالات التي تحقق نتائج ملموسة في جذب المؤسسين.
- إدارة منصة المؤسسين وتجربتهم بعد الاستثمار، وتنسيق خدمات الدعم الاستراتيجي التي تقدمها SSRH لشركات محفظتها.
- الاستفادة من مهارات الذكاء الاصطناعي لدعم المسؤوليات المذكورة أعلاه، كون الشركة تعتمد الذكاء الاصطناعي في عملياتها.
- المساهمة في بناء عمليات وثقافة منصة الابتكار السعودية، والتعاون مع نظرائك في الولايات المتحدة لتكييف الاستراتيجيات مع السوق السعودي.
- تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة للمؤسسين، تشمل بناء مسار قوي من المؤسسين المتميزين عبر العلامة التجارية، التوعية النشطة، الشراكات، والفعاليات.
- إجراء العناية الواجبة مع فريق الاستثمار لتقييم المؤسس والفكرة، وإعدادهم للجنة الاستثمار.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية ومهنية مع المؤسسين، وترويج قيمة Redesign لهم.
- بناء علاقات مع الجهات الحكومية (مثل منشآت، وزارة الصحة، برامج رؤية 2030)، الجامعات، المسرعات، والشركاء من الشركات.
- تنظيم فعاليات استراتيجية مثل صالونات المؤسسين، موائد مستديرة للمستثمرين، وورش عمل للنظام البيئي.
- تحديد فرص التعاون لشركات محفظة Redesign داخل المملكة (تجارب تجريبية، شراكات، مسارات تنظيمية).
- التفاعل المستمر مع المواهب المؤسسة من خلال التواصل، بناء العلاقات، والمشاركة المجتمعية لرعاية رواد الأعمال المحتملين.
- وضع علامة Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health كمساهم أساسي في نظام الابتكار والرعاية الصحية السعودي، وإطلاع النظام البيئي للتقنية الصحية والاستثمار الجريء على أعمال الشركة.
- التعاون مع فرق المنصة والاتصالات العالمية للحفاظ على اتساق النغمة والهوية البصرية والرسائل، وقيادة إنتاج المحتوى المحلي عبر الموقع الإلكتروني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والنشرات الإخبارية والصحافة لعرض نجاحات الاستوديو وشركات المحفظة ورحلات المؤسسين.
- بناء شراكات مع وسائل الإعلام المحلية والمؤثرين واللاعبين في النظام البيئي لتعزيز الظهور والمصداقية في المشهد الريادي والابتكاري السعودي.
- تخطيط وإدارة الفعاليات عالية التأثير ولقاءات المؤسسين والأنشطة التي تجسد العلامة التجارية لـ SSRH ودعم مسار المؤسسين.
- التعاون مع فريق SSRH وفريق Redesign Health العالمي لتأهيل المؤسسين الجدد على منصة SSRH وتجهيزهم للنجاح، وتنسيق الخدمات التي تقدمها المنصة لشركة المؤسس المستقلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة لمدة 5 سنوات أو أكثر، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة استثمار جريء أو شركة ناشئة، ويفضل مع خبرة دولية.
- خبرة سابقة كـ مؤسس شركة ناشئة و/أو مستثمر تعتبر ميزة ولكنها غير إلزامية.
- قدرة ممتازة على تقييم المواهب من الدرجة الأولى.
- فهم قوي للنظام البيئي للشركات الناشئة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة وتحقيق النتائج في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات اتصال وشخصية فائقة، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
- إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء أنظمة بيئية وتحديد موقع المنظمة داخل سوق جديد.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل عبر الثقافات والراحة في العمل عبر المناطق الزمنية والجغرافية المختلفة.

About The Job

Your Responsibilities Will Span These Key Areas
- Attract, Engage with, and Assess High-Quality Founders: Identify top-tier founding entrepreneurs for SSRH to invest in, with such founders running independent portfolio companies following SSRH’s investment.
- Building a robust brand through marketing and communications activities that reliably produce traction and founders.
- Manage the founder platform and experience for SSRH founders following SSRH’s investment, coordinating the strategic support services SSRH provides to its portfolio companies.
As an early member of SSRH, you will also contribute to building the operations and culture of our Saudi innovation platform. You’ll collaborate with U.S.-based counterparts, leverage Redesign’s existing infrastructure, and adapt strategies to the Saudi market.
This role reports to the Senior Director of New Ventures in Riyadh.

Attract, Engage With, and Assess High-Quality Founders
- Design and implement a comprehensive founder strategy to engage with brilliant potential healthcare founders for SSRH to invest in.
- Attract, engage with, and assess top founders by building a robust funnel of top tier founders to enter into due diligence with, via various mechanisms including brand and ecosystem development, active outbound, partnerships and events.
- Conduct due diligence with the investment team to assess the founder and concept and prepare them for the Investment Committee.
- Build and maintain a positive, professional founder journey selling founders on the value of Redesign.
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities (e.g., Monsha’at, Ministry of Health, Vision 2030 programs), universities, accelerators, and corporate partners.
- Organize strategic events such as Founder Salons, investor roundtables, and ecosystem workshops.
- Identify collaboration opportunities for Redesign portfolio companies within the Kingdom (pilots, partnerships, regulatory pathways).
- Proactively engage with founder talent through networking, relationship-building, and community engagement efforts to identify and nurture entrepreneurs for SSRH to invest in.
- Position the Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health brand as a core contributor to Saudi Arabia’s innovation and healthcare ecosystem, also informing the healthcare tech and venture ecosystem on our company
- Partner with the global Platform & Communicaitons teams to maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging. Lead market content creation and storytelling efforts across channels-including website, social media, newsletters, and press-to showcase studio successes, portfolio companies, and founder journeys.
- Build partnerships with local media, influencers, and ecosystem players to amplify visibility and credibility within the Saudi entrepreneurship and innovation landscape.
- Collaborate with the rest of the SSRH team, as well as the Redesign Health global team, to onboard new founders to the SSRH platform and set them up for success
- Coordinate the services the SSRH platform provides to the founder’s independent portfolio company
- 5+ years of relevant work experience ideally within a VC or startup, preferably in an international context
- Prior experience as a start-up founder and/or investor is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent judge of top tier talent
- Strong understanding of the KSA startup ecosystem.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fully fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to build ecosystems and position an organization within a new market.
