As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring our software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration, and providing ongoing support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver technical expertise, and contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Responsible for the deployment and configuration of software solutions, tailoring them to meet client requirements.
• Integration: Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and after implementation, addressing client issues promptly.
• Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate effective software use.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to product management to inform future product development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development, integration processes, and relevant technologies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Capabilities Requirements:

• Solid understanding of the technology stack for Java-based applications
• Proficient in deploying applications on enterprise application servers
• Experienced in configuring database connection parameters (connection string, pool, security...)
• Skilled in writing SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation
• Strong analytical skills in reviewing application log files and system records to diagnose and resolve issues
• Good working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments for application support and system configuration
