تعلن شركة KALSOFT عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في مدينة الرياض **SAP CML Support**. نبحث عن مستشار SAP CML لديه خبرة 5+ سنوات في SAP IS-Banking، مع خبرة قوية في SAP Consumer & Mortgage Loans (CML) لتقديم الدعم الفني والوظيفي للعمليات المتعلقة بالقروض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم العمليات اليومية في SAP CML، بما في ذلك إنشاء القروض وتعديلها وتتبعها.
  • تقديم دعم المستوى الثاني والثالث (L2/L3) لحوادث CML وقضايا الإنتاج ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs/OLAs).
  • إجراء تخصيص (Customizing) SAP CML لمنتجات القروض، وأنواع الشروط، والأحداث، ومواصفات الترحيل، وخطط السداد.
  • تحليل خطط السداد، وشروط الفائدة/الرسوم، وأحداث القروض، ومشكلات الترحيل.
  • دعم التكامل بين SAP CML وFI-CA وFI/GL وTRM وCRM.
  • إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (Root-Cause Analysis) وتوثيق الحلول التقنية وقواعد المعرفة (KBs) وكتيبات التشغيل (Runbooks).
  • إدارة عمليات النقل (Transports) والإصدارات عبر بيئات DEV وUAT وPROD باستخدام Solution Manager/ChaRM.
  • دعم ملاحظات SAP (SAP Notes) والتصحيحات والترقيات وترحيل البيانات وأنشطة نهاية الفترة.
  • استخدام أساسيات ABAP/SQL وسجلات SAP مثل SLG1 وST22 وSM37 وST05 وSU53 لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الأعمال والفنية وتقديم دعم الإطلاق (Go-Live) والاستعداد للاستدعاء عند الطلب (On-Call).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 5+ سنوات في SAP IS-Banking مع تركيز قوي على CML / إدارة القروض.
  • خبرة عملية في تخصيص (Customizing) وتكوين (Configuration) SAP CML.
  • فهم قوي لتكامل FI-CA وFI/GL وتحديد الحسابات والمقاصة والتسوية (Clearing & Reconciliation).
  • معرفة عملية بـ Business Partner (BP) وCollateral Management.
  • خبرة في أدوات ITSM مثل ServiceNow/Jira وعمليات ITIL.
  • فهم جيد لـ SAP ECC/S/4HANA IS-Banking وSolution Manager/ChaRM.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة؛ اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية والعربية مفضلة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة SAP Banking/CML مفضلة.
  • شهادة ITIL Foundation مفضلة.

We are seeking a skilled SAP CML Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-Banking, with strong expertise in SAP Consumer & Mortgage Loans (CML). The ideal candidate will provide technical and functional support for loan-related processes, system integrations, and production issues within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations in SAP CML, including loan creation, modification, and tracking.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for CML incidents and production issues within SLAs/OLAs.
  • Perform CML customizing for loan products, condition types, events, posting specifications, and repayment plans.
  • Analyze repayment plans, interest/fee conditions, loan events, and posting issues.
  • Support integration between SAP CML, FI-CA, FI/GL, TRM, and CRM.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and document technical solutions, KBs, and runbooks.
  • Manage transports and releases across DEV/UAT/PROD using Solution Manager/ChaRM.
  • Support SAP Notes, patches, upgrades, data migration, and period-end activities.
  • Use basic ABAP/SQL and SAP logs such as SLG1, ST22, SM37, ST05, and SU53 for troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams and provide go-live/on-call support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-Banking, with strong focus on CML / Loans Management.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP CML customizing and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of FI-CA and FI/GL integration, account determination, clearing, and reconciliation.
  • Working knowledge of Business Partner (BP) and Collateral Management.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow/Jira and ITIL processes.
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA IS-Banking and Solution Manager/ChaRM.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory and Arabic is preferred.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • SAP Banking/CML certification is preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation is preferred.
