تقدم Goodwill of Greater Washington وظيفة Leadworker USGS بدوام كامل في هيرندون، فيرجينيا، الولايات المتحدة. ساعات العمل من 6:30 صباحاً إلى 3:00 مساءً. تشمل الوظيفة تقديم خدمات تنظيف وقائية لإحدى الوكالات الفيدرالية وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات القسم، مع الالتزام بقيم RISE التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في الإشراف على جميع مهام التنظيف في المباني/المناطق المحددة ونوبات العمل مع متابعة يومية.
  • المشاركة في جميع مسؤوليات النظافة العامة.
  • إجراء فحوصات يومية فعلية ومكتوبة للمناطق المخصصة ودورات المياه وغرف تبديل الملابس.
  • نقل التعليمات من المشرف/المدير.
  • يتطلب رفع وحمل ودفع وسحب أوزان تصل إلى 40 رطلاً بشكل متكرر، مع المشي والوقوف لفترات طويلة والانحناء والوصول المتكرر.
  • ضمان بقاء المعدات والمواد في حالة نظيفة وصالحة للعمل.
  • مسؤول عن مراقبة المخزون.

المهارات المطلوبة

التوجه نحو العمل، توجيه الآخرين، المهارات الوظيفية/الفنية، الإصغاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • القدرة على القراءة والكتابة وفهم اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على اتباع التعليمات المكتوبة والشفوية.
  • القدرة على فهم العلامات التي تشير إلى الخطر.
  • المهارة في معرفة طرق ومعدات التنظيف.
  • القدرة على الحصول على التصريح الأمني للعمل في موقع العمل المحدد.
  • القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
  • (مفضل) خبرة سابقة في أعمال النظافة لمدة سنة إلى سنتين.
  • (مفضل) خريج برنامج التدريب على النظافة في Goodwill of Greater Washington.

Shift Hours 630 am to 300 pm

Provides preventive cleaning services for Federal Agency in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. This position is responsible and will be held accountable for behaving in accordance with divisional and organizational RISE values and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Aids in the supervision of all cleaning functions in assigned buildings/areas and shifts with daily follow-up.
  • Participates in all areas of custodial responsibilities.
  • Performs daily physical and written inspections in the zone areas for restrooms and locker rooms.
  • Relays instructions from supervisor/manager.
  • This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of up to 40 pounds. Prolonged walking and standing are required as well as frequent bending, reaching and stooping.


Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that equipment and supplies are maintained in clean and working condition.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to decipher/comprehend signs indicating danger.
  • Skilled in the knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance to work at assigned work site.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with disabilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • One to two years previous custodial experience.
  • Graduate of GGW’s custodial training program.
